Getting in touch
Pixel Harmony Ltd uses the details you send us to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Please only share what we need to understand the work, and avoid sending sensitive information through the form.
Our form uses Amazon Web Services to send your enquiry securely to Attio, where we keep project enquiries and our conversations together. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam. These services process information needed to provide those functions.
Website analytics
We use Umami to understand which pages people visit and whether the website helps them get in touch. Optional analytics is off unless you enable it in the privacy notice or here. We do not send your name, email address or project message to analytics.
When enabled, analytics records page visits and general device information. We remove search parameters and fragments from page addresses and keep only the origin of referring websites. We do not enable session recording or heatmaps.
Your choice is stored on this browser. You can return here to change it at any time. We also respect a browser’s Do Not Track setting.
Your information
We use enquiry details to respond to requests and take steps towards working together. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for that relationship and any relevant legal obligations. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@pixelharmony.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
